Insurance:

 

Many insurance companies are now covering massage therapy! Plans vary, so it’s best to check with your personal insurance carrier prior to service to be sure it’s a covered benefit on your plan. They can also verify any individual deductibles or co-pays that apply, and whether or not you need a referral/prescription.

 

I am an in-network contracted provider for Regence, which includes Uniform Medical Plans and HMA.  I can also direct bill PIP (Personal Injury Protection) for car accidents, and L&I for workman's comp claims.

**Please note** as of October 1st, 2019, I will no longer bill Aetna, and as of January 1st, 2023, I will no longer bill Premera. 

I am also no longer in network with Kaiser or First Choice, however some of their plans can be billed out-of-network.

Medical Massage is billed in 15-minute increments (units) and priced according to the usual and customary reimbursement fee schedule.
